What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of strength, cardio, flexibility, and mindfulness classes designed to help you feel stronger, more energized, and balanced. From HIIT and strength training to Pilates, yoga, dance cardio, and guided sound bath meditation, our diverse class lineup ensures that every woman finds a workout she loves.
What are the gym’s hours?
Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please check our website for holiday hours.
Do you have locker rooms and showers?
Yes! We offer clean, well-equipped locker rooms with showers and changing areas so you can freshen up before or after your workout. We also provide storage cubbies for your belongings while you train. For added security, we recommend bringing your own lock for personal lockers.
Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! All of our classes are multi-level, meaning they are designed for beginners through advanced participants. Our expert instructors provide modifications so you can challenge yourself at your own pace. At Scarsdale Women’s Fitness, there’s something for everyone.
Do you offer a trial class?
Yes! We encourage new members to sign up for a free introductory class and tour to experience the gym, meet our trainers, and explore our community before committing.
How do I sign up for a membership or class?
You can sign up online, over the phone, or in person at our gym. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help you choose the best option for your fitness goals.
What should I bring for my first visit?
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for movement, and bring supportive sneakers if you’re attending a strength or cardio class. A water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated, and if you’d like, bring your own yoga mat for stretching or meditation. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get familiar with our space
