As a new member, you’ll receive a complimentary personal training session and an optional fitness assessment to help set your wellness goals. Our certified trainers will guide you through everything from Pilates reformers and private yoga to strength training and agility work—all in a space designed to inspire and empower. Plus, with scenic views of nature and dedicated meditation classes, you’ll find the perfect balance of intensity and restoration.

What to Bring & Wear for Your First Visit
For your first time at the gym, we recommend wearing comfortable, breathable workout attire that allows you to move freely. Supportive sneakers are essential, especially if you plan to take a strength or cardio-based class.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and if you prefer, your own yoga mat for stretching or meditation. Towels are available, but feel free to bring your own.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in, meet your trainer or instructor, and get familiar with our space. Most importantly, come ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing!
