Lisa Avellino is a certified trainer, nutritionist, and movement therapist with decades of experience in the fitness industry. She has helped thousands of women achieve strength and wellness and has been featured in The New York Times, Shape, Fitness, Prevention, and more. Lisa has also appeared on FOX, NBC, ABC, and NEWS 12 as a health and fitness correspondent. She is the creator of The Iso-Towel Workout, a program designed to build strength and stamina anywhere, anytime. Lisa has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, leading corporate wellness programs designed to enhance employee health and performance.

Her mission is simple: to empower women to move, feel, and live better every day!

My signature class blends powerful weight training, eccentric lengthening, and mindful elements of Pilates and yoga—designed to build strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection between body and mind.

With over 20 years of experience as a group fitness instructor, I specialize in kickboxing, full-body toning, and strength training. I also work with seniors, focusing on improving balance, agility, and confidence through movement. My goal is to create a safe, effective, and—above all—enjoyable experience for every client. I believe that movement is not just about fitness, but about boosting energy and enhancing everyday life. What I love most is seeing people smile, grow stronger, and gain the tools they need to thrive in their daily lives.

My yoga journey began over a decade ago, and today I’m proud to hold a 200-hour certification in restorative yoga. I'm passionate about helping women discover the transformative benefits of yoga—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My mission is to make yoga more accessible to everyone, including those who’ve never tried it and those in underserved communities like nursing homes and dementia wards, where the gift of inner peace is often out of reach. Beyond yoga, I also love teaching Pilates and boxing, bringing variety and energy to every class.

I’m a Sensei and certified fitness trainer with specialties in karate, cardio kickboxing, strength training, and dance fitness. My fitness and martial arts journey began at age 15 as a proud member of the Peruvian Karate Team.  Fitness, martial arts, and dance aren’t just what I do—they’re what I love. I’m here to help women feel strong, confident, and empowered through every workout. My mission is to promote healthy living, build community, and support each person’s unique fitness journey. I can’t wait to meet you and move together!
